Hair 2 Go Salon is a “By-Appointment-Only” salon, therefore all appointment request will be considered provided the requested time is within salon hours of operation and that there are appropriate times available to perform the desired services. While there is no preferred time frame to book appointments it is advised to schedule well in advance for best availability.

 

A $25 security deposit (deducted from total cost) is required at the time the appointment is requested and is processed to secure that appointment date and time. Appointment request will not be processed until security deposit is made and payment is confirmed.

You have 2 options when booking: 

A) Select H2G Specials for $25 Deposit Only option then, pay balance in CASH at salon. 

B) Pay for style in FULL by Credit, Debit, Stripe, Cash App ($h2gosalon) or PayPal.

 

Security Deposit

Effective March 1, 2014 a $25 security deposit will be required at the time the appointment is scheduled via phone, in person or online. The $25 security deposit does go toward the scheduled service and the balance is due at the time of service in CASH. Security deposits are refunded only if the client cancels or reschedules at least 24 hours (during salon business hours) prior to the current scheduled appointment time.

 

The security deposit becomes Non-Refundable when…

 

1. An appointment is rescheduled more than once within a one week period (if rescheduling is due to tardiness of a previous appointment)

2. The client simply does not show up for scheduled appointment or fails to call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the current scheduled appointment time. 

3. Late arrivals are unable to reschedule within a one week period of current appointment date/ time. * please note the I will make every effort to service clients arriving after the 10 minute grace period however other clients arriving on time at their scheduled appointment time will be priority.

 

24 Hour Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

Effective November1,2019 any payment received from PayPal or Stripe that is cancelled for any reason will be charged whatever fee that they deducted from the original transaction amount. Example: You paid deposit of $25, I only received 23.97 because PayPal kept $1.03 as a processing fee. That is the amount you will receive back thru PayPal or Stripe.

Security deposits are transferred to all rescheduled appointments providing the request to reschedule is made 24 hours (during salon business hours) prior to the current scheduled appointment. All cancellations and rescheduling request must be received and confirmed 24 hours (during salon business hours) prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the security deposit being non-refundable. *If cancellations are submitted and received within 24 hours a refund of the security deposit will be given.

No Call No Show

Clients who simply do not show up for scheduled appointment or fails to call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours (during salon business hours) prior to the current scheduled appointment time loses total security deposit. A New deposit will be due to secure any future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy.

As a courtesy to all clients, an effort is made so that all salon treatments are completed as scheduled. Clients are given a 10 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. If you are running late, please give a courtesy call so that arrangements can be made to best accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for service. It will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.

 

Please note the I will make every effort to service clients arriving after the 10 minute grace period however other clients arriving on time for their scheduled appointment will be priority.

 

Should a client arrive after the 10 min grace period and service is unable to be rendered due to tardiness a new appointment will need to be scheduled.

 

Clients can reschedule within one week of the missed appointment to avoid the loss of the security deposit, the client’s security deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date and time. If for any reason the client is unable to reschedule within one week of the missed appointment, the original security deposit will become non-refundable and a new deposit will be required for future appointments.
